ABOUT ME

I spend most of my time playing music, eating and sleeping. I love cultural and artistic activities(litteraly anything wich is a little artistic or cultural.) as well as being outdoor, hiking, urban exploration, plants, animals, hitchhiking and if I get the chance to do some climbing, skiing, kayak, or to spend some time with horses, dogs... I'm the most happy guy in the world.
As a musician, I enjoy mostly improvising and scoring/writting music. I play both acoustic and analog electric music, I would love to have more experience with synthesizers and electronic and digital music. I play electric bass, irish flute(the big wooden traversial one and the whistles.) and mandolin alongside with other instruments that i don't practice but can have fun with, these include most of the instruments that are not horns. Horns are too difficult.
I love to be around inspiring people, such as my friends who means the world to me. I try to be open minded and understanding as much as possible, so that this way I can meet new people and discover and learn new things. I love to laugh or have a chat around a drink or a cup of tea.
I love cooking and I'm vegetarian, as well as I try to eat only season and local food. I'm intersted into growing and animal care.

I feel concerned in what we're doing with our world even though I have just little knowledge of it and of what to do about it, but I'd like to help and to build whatever we can to live better.

I recently went wandering in the west part of the usa (WY, CO, NM, AZ, NV, CA...), didn't have a lot of CS experiences, because everything happened without the website, but we had a few, and they were amazing, I loved meating these amazing people.

But basically how it works?

Hosting people on my couch, and recommending it to travelers and hosts.
Then, when it's my turn, I surf(but think about it, you gotta surf, everything about cs is in that word.), fingers crossed.

CS is karma maybe?

Music, Movies, and Books

As I said I love everything that is a little cultural or artistic.
I'm a musician so I'm really fond of it.
I was educated in popular and jazz music but as my studies went I got to listen to wonderful classic, ancient and contemporary music.
Also I first learned to play traditionnal music so I love celtic, african, carribean, latin, balkan, asian...
I have a real curiosity for bluegrass that moved into a real interest since I've been to the Telluride Bluegrass Festival and seen all my heroes.
I take the risk to say that I love everything in music.
But if you want some of my favourites: Pink Floyd, Charles Mingus, Clifford Brown, Gorillaz, Franz Liszt, Ali Farka Toure, Bothy Band, The goat rodeo sessions, Irakere, Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan, Cesaria Evora, Phillip Glass...

The same for movies, I'm really fond of cartoons (or animation if you prefer), but I can litteraly watch anything (I have trouble with dubing though.) My favourites are Kubrick, Jarmush, Coen, Myasaki, Takahata, Plinton...

As for litterature I am more complicated as I'm not a fast reader, so I don't like to spend a lit of time on books I don't really enjoy. I like old stuff, and lost and beat generation. I'm a big fan of Joyce, Kerouack, Wolf, Burroughs, Bukowsky, Sepulveda, Baudelaire, Jacotet, and a big play reader in general.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I won a championship of quechua tent folding.
I fell from a moving Volkswagen vintage combi..
I've seen birds(reel ones) playing guitar(reel one).
Mostly crazy things, but I also:
