ABOUT ME

I am a 23 French girl living in L.A for one year (until august 2014). I am here for an internship in a cosmectic company. In France I am studying chemical engineering.
I would say about myself that I am a funny girl, with a BIG smile! I am a little bit to much talkative as we say but I guess that's a good thing to get to know people.

Why I decided to make my internship here in the US is because this is such a HUGE country and I really really want to travel to discover as much as I can. To meet american people, and also people from everywhere in the world.

It's not my first time in the US but it's the first time I really want to travel through it all. So here are my first steps as a globetrotter but this definitely just the begining.

PHILOSOPHY

The way I see the life? My own way! What I mean is that I don't like when people tell you what to do of your life. If I make mistake then that's ok I'll learn from it and move forward.
I want to experiment what the world has to offer.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

First experience at a Meet-up in Santa Monica followed by my first experience as a host with Marie from Québec. Was just great!

兴趣

I LOVE music, I'am almost always listening to music and would love to discover new stuff again and again.
I also like spending hours reading all kind of books, I read a lot of crime fiction but also different kind of novels.
I just got a new camera and I am trying to learn how to make pictures, not just souvenir but reals pictures, like the one on which you can guess was somebody was thinking or how he was feeling and who really love to meet people who actually do a lot of photography.

When I am travelling what I like the most is to spend the entire day working in a city, to discover every hidden small place and to immerse myself into the atmosphere of the city. I also like to learn about the story of a country, a state, a city or even a piece of art. I like going to museum but I don't like classic art that much.
I don't know if it's a french thing but food is REALLY important and I am food lover. So i have to taste everything around me ^^

About music, i love Genesis, Supertramp, David Bowie, Coldplay, Kings of Leon, Radiohead, Archive, Massive Attack and the new artist I just discover is Alt-J <3

About the movies I have to admitt that I love watching girls comedy at night but when I am going to the theater it's for a really good movie. The last one I went to see was "The place beyond the pines" with Ryan Gosling or "The past" with Berenice Bejo a french actress

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

For me, it was when I was 18. I went to New York for 7 weeks to be an aupaire. It was the first time I was leaving my familly for such a long time and did not even speak english at that time.
That's the first time I realized how big is the world, and that I want to get to discover it.
