I would be Happy to teach either Basic to Intermediate Spanish/English/French; Drumming; software Office, Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign; mexican food cooking; I always carry a good ol' HDD with lots of music, movies, books and other goodies to share!

As for learning, i would happily receive any teachings!
