About Me

Currently backpacking around the Balcans/Eastern Europe with my sister.

ABOUT ME
I'm half Norwegian, half Portuguese, but grew up all over the place. I studied for a few years in Paris, then took some time off in order to travel. Now I'm in Trondheim, continuing my studies, and excited to meet other travelers!

Like everyone else here, I love to travel and to meet people from other places and cultures. I think every person you meet has something new to teach you, and I love to learn.

PHILOSOPHY
- Always look on the bright side of life
- Don't panic!
- You never know until you try
- Anything's possible if you've got enough nerve
- Everything is within walking distance, all you need is time
- You can't get lost if you don't know where you're going
- If you don't know where you're going, any road will get you there
- Not all those who wander are lost

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Ice cream with wasabi. A-MAZ-ING! I'll keep my other amazing experiences until we meet.

Teach, Learn, Share

Do you LOVE food? Me too! Maybe we could cook something delicious together.

Norwegian food is pretty bland (so let's not do that!) but I like to experiment in the kitchen. I think that food is a really important part of traveling and getting to know new cultures, so once I get home from a trip I enjoy recreating the new food I've tasted. Have you ever tried Sri Lankan pol pancakes? Or Mozambiquan matapa? Moroccan pastilla? Mexican mole? Brazilian pão de queijo? Let's try something fun! (Oh, and Portuguese food is pretty amazing, so I can make that if you REALLY want me to cook something from my own country)

I would love to improve my French and my Spanish, so if anyone is up for a good laugh that would be lovely. I could help you learn my languages in return.

Everything I don't know, I'm really excited to learn. What can you teach me?
The weirder, the better!

Countries I’ve Lived In

Brazil, France, Mozambique, Norway, Portugal, South Africa
