ABOUT ME

I think that world is such a huge planet that contains billions of different ways of having fun.I love to do things that I know I like, but I also love to try new things whenever I have a chance. Working throughout my life is not for me, but I rather want to have moments that I say "I am alive! And having great time now!". I'm after all of these moments, and I believe I will have them sooner or later.

Okay, I am in deep love with cooking and eating. I have been cooking very often in my own kitchen since I moved to US for grad school. I have read, watched and practiced a lot of foods on my own mostly to achieve restaurant quality dishes. I also love to invite a company and eat all I cooked together and see their enthusiasm when they have the first bites.

PHILOSOPHY

Communication between people is very important. Delivery of the message (generally feelings) must be direct and in my opinion, that would be the magical way to have a peaceful world.

Respect and empathy are also the crucial things for people to have especially for the people that I want to have time together in my life, because putting yourself into the others shoes almost always gives the insight from the other side which will yield a better communication, and thus a better lifestyle.

I love to cook to start with (like way more than a passion).
Others are planes, tennis, sailing, photography.

Una cosa incredibile che ho fatto

I had ridden a glider when I was 19. I was at 2600 ft without any engine but just soaring with full controls on the stick in my hand. At that moment, I believed that there is nothing I cannot do on this world.
