About Me
CURRENT MISSION
To travel the world and learn about different cultures through their food.
ABOUT ME
I was born in the United States but I lived overseas for 12 years while growing up. I love learning about other cultures and am a big foodie. My family and friends like to tease me about being a foodie. I love photography, but whether I'm good at that is debatable. I also like what I call 'exploring', or wandering around locations and just getting a feel for the atmosphere and anything interesting they have to see. I love music and I love to laugh.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I would love to meet up with people in the city for coffee to discuss good places to eat and tips on visiting New York. I also want to travel sometime in the near future so I would like to learn about places people have been and are from.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Probably among the crazier things I've eaten were scorpion and sea horse in Beijing.
Teach, Learn, Share
Tips for New York, research the museums. Some of the museums are either free or have discounts depending on which day and time you go. Also, Museum of Natural history and Museum of Natural art, have a suggested entrance fee. You don't need to pay the 30 dollars to get in, you just need to tell them how much you would like to donate, (it could be 50cents to 1 dollar to get an entrance pin.)
