I'm curious and inquisitive regarding most subjects, and enjoy exchanging cultural experiences. I'm also pretty laid-back: I need very little to be happy. People think I'm funny, but I'm not.

Interests

I'm interested in people from different parts of the world, their music, their dance, their food, their clothes and all aspects of their culture. I'm also interested in making the difference where I am, which includes volunteering and promoting best practices towards sustainability.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Physical: Hiking in the Haleakala crater, 10,000 ft above sea level;
Fear: Drift scuba diving in outer Molokini, no rescue boat around;
Culture: Drinking rum and chatting with locals in Playa Girón, Cuba, one of the most intriguing places I've been;
Nature: Sunrise in Pantanal, Poconé, MT, Brazil, regardless of time of year or weather it's truly amazing.
