ABOUT ME
I come from a large blended family (eight kids)! I have been a firefighter for the last 10 years, and couldn't have picked a better career or people to work with!

PHILOSOPHY

I live to use the healthy and able body that I've been blessed with to its full capacity! I love to be active, and am always looking for something new to try. I have met some of the best and most interesting people over the last few years traveling abroad and near home who have had such a positive impact on my life. I hope to have many opportunities to pay that forward, and can only hope to be as positive of an influence on others as they have been on me!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I heard about couchsurfing from a co-worker and am thrilled to be a part of this community. Traveling has become such a different (billion times better)experience. I hope it continues to catch on.

Interests

Music, Movies, and Books

I love all kinds of music: country, top 40, hip-hop, R&B, and some punk. As for movies I'm pretty versatile with that too. I especially love comedy and I have to admit that I'm the kind of nerd that loves a good Disney or Pixar animated movie. . .always have, always will, no matter how old I get!! As for books, I hate to say I never really take the time to read much. Every time I try to read either my mind drifts or I fall asleep.

Just one thing!!!! How can I narrow it down?!?! All the incredible things I did and the people I met on my "solo" month long trip to Bolivia.
