About Me

CURRENT MISSION

(Now in Malaysia)

To explore the world with Steve, meet new people and create new opportunities for adventure and life!

Perhaps have the opportunity to teach and inspire.

ABOUT ME

I'm a 26 year old dental nurse currently out seeing the world with my boyfriend of 8 years, Steve (29), a writer and maker of a mean flat white!

We've been travelling since August, 2014 having spent 7 months in NZ (4 months living/working), 3 weeks in Australia and a month in Indonesia. Currently in Malaysia . We've met some amazing people, made life long friends and are having the time of our lives already and we've only been here a short time.

We love to experience new things and feel we are very open minded people. We love a large mix of music, film and entertainment as well as culture and history. The serious as well the geeky stuff.

We both enjoy meeting new people and are easy to get on with. We love to laugh.

We write a blog too (although it hasn't been updated in a while due to mad time schedules!). Check it out here: http://www.acoupleofbeerstravel.com Tell us you your travel stories and they could feature on the site! The more up to date feed can be found by searching Facebook for "acobtravel" or "A Couple of Beers Travel."

PHILOSOPHY

Do or do not. There is no try..

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

We are very helpful people and will always do our fair share of whatever needs doing. Steve enjoys experimenting in the kitchen!

If staying with someone we know we need to respect the host and the property as it's a pretty awesome thing to take in a weary traveller!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Stayed with a variety of excellent people so far. Eager to meet more!
