About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Nice to meet you :-)

ABOUT ME

Queer leftie, creative, dry, witty, spontaneous and sociable. Maybe a bit of a softie?

I'm currently travelling the globe for a year, maybe two.

PHILOSOPHY

Enjoy it while you can.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

My reply percentage is at 67% which sucks! When I made this profile a few requests went into my spam folder and I missed them... It's been fixed now but, what can you do!

I think there's nothing better than experiencing a city with locals, as opposed to experiencing a city as a tourist. I like to give my surfers the kind of experience that they want, but I prefer it if you have at least some idea of what you want to do... I can't spend all of my time with you but I can definitely make suggestions. As for hosts I hope you would want to spend a little time getting to know each other but won't be offended if I leave to go exploring on my own sometimes. I really like seeing a city by bike.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I went couchsurfing through Europe about 4 years ago. Since then I have hosted a few people but that was on a joint profile with my ex boyfriend. This is my new profile.

The best person I ever hosted was quite independent, busy, polite and could talk openly for hours about her travel and life experience. The best host I ever had could speak four languages, was doing his PHD and lived in a house full of foreigners who were all very lively. I love being in a full and busy house.

Interests

I spend a lot of time hanging out with friends and doing fun things. I also love cooking for people, it's one of my main hobbies, nothing gives me more joy. I can sew really well.
I like hiking, biking, swimming, reading, talking to people and hitting the town.
