Sobre mí

CURRENT MISSION

Not to dream about life but to start living the dream!!!

ABOUT ME

G'Day Everyone!

I'm a friendly asian girl born in Germany.
After graduating from high school, I went on a work & travel year on my own and met lots of nice people from all over! Finding a job was difficult at first but after traveling around, I gained more experiences. It really helped me to develop myself and figure out what I wanted to do next. Jumping into the cold water - that was what I needed.
As of for now, I'm back home and want to finish my studies. But that doesn't mean that I will ever give up traveling or couchsurfing.

PHILOSOPHY

Do what makes you happy!

Por qué estoy en Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I think it's really fun how you meet lots of great people on the way, during your journey.
Staying in hostels or with a local is definitely a huge difference.
If possible, I would like to host people as much as I can when I'm back in Germany.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I started CS with my good friend Anna in New Zealand. The experiences were all great and worth a try! Since then I've always tried to "keep in touch with CS", went to many meetings in different cites and never stopped meeting great new people.

Intereses

Even though I don't specialize in every of my hobbies, I'm always interested in trying out new things :)

Algo increíble que he hecho

Taught myself on spot and took the scooter in Bali when I never drove one before in my life. Crazy streets, crazy traffic. Everything left-sided. This feeling of independence and freedom. I'm so glad that I took this risk, even though I was scared first, and explored the island that way. After that I did it again. In Thailand. In Cambodia. Just everywhere possible.
Another time was when I am sooo afraid of heights but jumped from the cliffs at the Grand Canyon in Chiang Mai or when I had a huge snake wrapped around my neck on a Mekong River tour. I went down a mountain in Nong Khiaw in the dark just with the flashlight of my phone. I slipped through the jungle several times and got so frustrated but I will never forget this experience.
Once I missed my night bus in Kyoto and then took a taxi to follow it. In the end I had to walk back to the station and struggled to stay awake the whole night. I did :D ...
Even though they may appear small, they are precious memories for me. I hope that in future I will make more experiences so that I can share and exchange stories with you :)

Enseña, aprende, comparte

I could teach you some of the languages I'm able to speak myself. I can tell you lots of things about Germany or Asian culture or about my travels so far. You could also go out with me and just have fun. I'm ready for some long nice conversations and to learn from you as well ;)
