About Me

CURRENT MISSION
To become fluent in Spanish and do some volunteer work in Ecuador. In a few weeks my husband and I will go to the coast in Ecuador to help rebuild homes and start some sustainable agriculture projects.

ABOUT ME
I am married, our kids are grown. I am outgoing, enjoy spending time with family and friends. My purpose is to share the love of God with others though hospitality, cultivating relationships, volunteering in the community. My two passions are working with youth and agriculture. I spent several years working with youth in the foster care system.
I enjoyed working in my greenhouse- I also grew most of what we ate when we lived in the United States.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have seen a large rainbow over the Grand Canyon and the view was amazing.

I traveled to Panama volunteered and practiced english with some children in Panama. I showed a power point presentation about Aquaponics and other sustainable agriculture. I spent a couple of months in Ecuador and built an aquaponic system for a family and experienced the generosity of the people in that community.

Teach, Learn, Share

My two main passions are working with youth and agriculture. I try to teach others about sustainable agriculture including aquaponics.
