PHILOSOPHY

Go with the flow.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I've only used it once before, when I was in Melbourne and had an awesome time being hosted there.

When I finally get my place to stay I'd love to host!

Interests

Reading, writing, sport, beer, food, meditation, technology, politics, science, debate.
Play football, enjoy listening to music and watching movies!

Music, Movies, and Books

Favourite movies include but not limited to: Life is beautiful (the only Italian film I've seen), Disney's Robin Hood (the cartoon one with the foxes, a childhood classic!) and Memento.

I read a lot, so choosing a favourite book is tricky! Siddhartha by Herman Hesse is the best thing I've read recently, whilst I've also been on a bit of a Malcolm Gladwell kick!

For some mindless beach side reading, I highly recommend Conn Iggulden's books on Caesar and Genghis Khan, highly readable and a little educational.

I love classical and modern Indian music

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Trekking to Annapurna Base camp, nepal, seeing the Himalayas up close and personal!

Teach, Learn, Share

Can teach maths, vegetarian cooking, playing badminton, tennis and table tennis

What I Can Share with Hosts

I'm a conscientious hostee - happy to help out around the house, cook a bit and pitch in with a few beers or nice bottle of wine.

Countries I’ve Visited

Australia, Cambodia, Cuba, Egypt, India, Indonesia, Italy, Kenya, Laos, Nepal, New Zealand, Singapore, South Africa, Spain, Tanzania, Thailand, United Arab Emirates
