I'm a student in Beijing majoring in art theory and history.
Have broad interests and enjoy communicating with all kinds of interesting people. Never have a bias towards weirdos ;-)

Always find there's so much fun to experience and study the differences and similarities of culture between east and west.

A bit geeky, but generally open and easy-going.

Interests

Fond of music especially brit-pop, indie rock & folk. A big fan of John Lennon, Leonard Cohen, Nick Drake, Elliott Smith, etc.

Love European films and BBC documentaries.

Spend lots of time reading, while sometimes also distract myself with writing, drawing and photography for fun.

Enjoy going to art exhibitions and live performance, and exploring interesting corners in Beijing.

Music, Movies, and Books

Movies: European art films. Especially appreciate the works directed by Federico Fellini.

Music: Brit-pop, indie rock & folk. A big fan of John Lennon, Leonard Cohen, Nick Drake, Elliott Smith, etc. Also listen to some classical music every now and then; favor Mussorgsky and Stravinsky.

Books: Most of them are about art and philosophy.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Witnessed a stunning total solar eclipse six or seven years ago, which was like experiencing a fleeting "the end of the world".

Fell asleep in the lotuses perfume and frog croak almost every night in summer when I was very young living in grandparents' house, next to a beautiful pond which has ever disappeared...

Teach, Learn, Share

Teach: Chinese language and culture.
Learn: Foreign language and exotic culture; any valuable life experience.

It would be best if you're also interested in art, and even doing some drawing and photography.
