ABOUT ME

I love exploring cities, countries,the culture and food of the many different people in this world. I believe the world is not divided into countries anymore but is one country. Now if we could only get rid of the need of passports. I'm sure as travelers we all hate lugging and protecting our passports all the time when on the road. I should know... My passport and whole day pack was stolen from right under my nose! Dramas...

My hobbies vary from outdoor adventures like scuba diving, hiking, cycling and snowboarding to salsa dancing,knitting, and arts and crafting.

Now all I want to continue doing is travel the world!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I would love to show you around Melbourne. Although it is not my birth country I have been here 10 years too long but still enjoy exploring the laneways of Melbourne and checking out new cafes for brunch, my favorite meal of the day!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Good so far. Have been guided in Korea and have been a guide in Melbourne and Sydney to couchsurfers. Lots of really nice people of there. My trip would not have been as fun without having met them! Also met up with the very active couchsurfing group in Barcelona! Was cool hanging out with so many people from around the globe from all walks of life.

Everything and anything... well maybe not everything...am not into punk bands, politics, anime, video games, or trams...esp trams.. hate the trams and trains..

Snorkeling in the crystal clear waters of Samoa and along the massive coral walls of Sipadan Islands...

The Taj Mahal and Angkor Wat...
Standing on a balcony of a couchsurfer's apartment in an old laneway of Barcelona and watching a street party just a floor below us. The stage was directly below us!
And getting covered in tomato juice at the La Tomatina Festival in Bunol! Madness but absolutely fun! Had a horrible time getting rid of the tomato flakes in my hair though.
