One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

At the moment, my favourite memory is from one night in Scotland. We were out on a fishing boat on a Loch, eating scallops pulled fresh out of the water, drinking single malt whisky whilst dolphins swam all around the boat. It had been snowing all day, so the mountains were covered in a fresh layer of snow while the sun set. It was a pretty mind-blowing experience.

Teach, Learn, Share

I love learning about the different foods in cultures and how to prepare them! I am willing to share some love about Australian cooking, or maybe more about my family recipes (unless you want to know how to whack a sausage on the bbq). I am also slowly learning french and spanish, and would love to have someone help me out with that! And you can practice your english on me anytime. I'm a pretty good listener.
