Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Daniel, a friend from the student hostel in Aachen, told me about Couch Surfing. I think this is a great idea to travel aound and to get to know interessting people all over the world.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I didn't host many people yet. But these few were very friendly and nice. I'm working and traveling on business trips quite a lot, so I'm often not at home.
But when I'm home, couch surfers are always welcome.

Interests

Travelling all over the world and getting to know new people and local habits. Than sports and a game which is quite unknown in Germany: Touch Rugby :) And skiing. And water sports...
And reading, cocking with friends, talking & discussing. And biology & physics. And... :)

Music, Movies, and Books

I like old rock from the 60's and 70's, Jazz and sometimes even classic music, but not very often. And currently I dance a lot of Salsa. And currently I'm reading all books written by John Irving.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Standing on the top of a high montain which I hiked or climed all the way up and looking at all around lying down to my feet. And hearing the silence around me :)
