ABOUT ME

I am still in the building process of creating a business, and I am having a ton of fun with it. Taking ones self seriously is a job in itself.

I work at a restaurant currently, and have a blast with my coworkers. I bike a lot, hike and camp, and love love to cook.

I'm a big soccer fan, enjoy beer and brewing, and like to stay active.

I've bounced around Seattle and Portland and met some really great CS folk through this site.

Interests

Being in the sun on a sunny day, being in the trees on a cool day, being at the beach on a stormy day, and being with people everyday. I bike everywhere, and cook a lot. I play board games, dance and karaoke, drink socially, and participate in free events that my city is so good at hosting.

Music, Movies, and Books

I play board games like Pandemic, Settlers, Betrayal of House on the Hill, Ticket to Ride, Flux, Smashup, Citidels, and am always up for learning a new one.

I am reading the Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy right neow.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have rafted the Colorado river. I have taught thousands of kids about natural sciences, wilderness survival skills, and how to cook over a fire.
