I stay child for my whole life and I like this. Material things are not really important for me. it is better to have a good day,to meet people, to laugh and be happy.

First of all everybody is responsible for himself, so you should look after yourself and be happy. and you should believe in you
And then you really can make a lot of other pople happy too. and everyday counts. Namaste.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I was in Las Vegas as an intern and I have learnd a lot about live and people and that you never should give up.everything is possible if you just believe in it

Another woderful thing was my teacher training on Koh Samui ths year, I had such a good time and made so much friends all over the world
some other courses I did:
10 days silent meditation and 1 month massagecourse at Wat po, that was so much fun, I thank all my teacher for sharing their experiences

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach you about yoga and this philosophy, and I am also always will learn in this topic,
I could share some flower ideas and gardenings
I would love to learn about different ideas of lifestyles and being healthy in body and mind
