Hi! I'm a queer, nonbinary, person with an insatiable appetite for growth and curiosity. I thrive in connection to others of all species. I am 100% sober and lead a richly spiritual life.

When I'm not changing the world or humbling myself (haha), I love to dance and sing and be a general goof. I have lived in Portland, Oregon on and off for the last decade, and I am grateful to have seen some really rich highs and lows in the cultivation of community... Accountability is a key feature of health!

I value integrity and awareness more highly than ever. I'm a human being and we all mess up sometimes. But this year, I've committed more fully to learning how to make amends. Supporting others means basically everything.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I've been with CS for almost 15 years now, wow! A lot has changed -- including my gender expression and my name. You'll see an outdated name on my references, but I'm still the same cat!

Back in college, I hosted dozens of surfers at the community house I organized. During my summers and following graduation, CS helped me meet many new friends during my travels abroad. Can we all agree it's a fantastic way to be? To meet, to engage, to exist? If I could couchsurf all my travel, I would.

I'm a grad student right now and hosting is tough, but CS is always on my heartmind!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Once I was hitching into Seattle and the guy who picked us up decided to treat us to a night in the Edgewater, pretty much the MOST famous/fancy hotel in Seattle. It was so fancy we could hardly stand it. I will never forget that man's blind generosity.
