Ok, well, I'm an extremely easy-going. That should be enough, right?! LOVE to travel, see new places, and meet new/interesting people. I am a tree-hugger, animal lover, and a Barack Obama supporter. I enjoy the sights and sounds of live football and baseball! I believe in the power of dreams and hold the idea that anyone can be friends. I am a professional consultant, therefore, I am a professional advice giver. The key is to respond with words that are vague and on the fence. It's really easy! I have two dogs - Bear and Bella - all residing a small city just south of Houston, TX.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I love to learn. I like to participate by playing travel guide for my city. I want the couchsurfers that come to my city to learn about its awesome history. I want them to know about the Nation's 4th largest city, its checkered past, the awesome pubs, the great nightlife, and the beautiful beaches just south. Luckily I live smack-dab in the middle of both Houston and Galveston. CouchSurfing is not just about finding free lodging, it's about coming to a new place with the intentions of interacting with new and different/interesting people. I try to display all facets of my city to the couchsurfing community.

I love this quote from the CS website: "Surfing isn't just about a place to sleep. It's about exchange."

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Tons! Hosted many people from all over, I have couch surfed, myself. I love everything about CS. It's the EASIEST way to meet new and interesting people.

Interesses

Golf, Nature (birding), waterparks, my computer and TV, drinking with good friends, showing people my city, travelling, playing with my animals, visiting zoos, calling party-poopers out for who they are, showers in the morning, and rain (Don't ask me why. I just like rain for some reason.).

Músicas, Filmes e Livros

Oooo not much of a book reader, but of the few I've read I would have to say "The World Without Us", "A Sand County Almanac", and " The Search For Happiness" are my three favorites! The last one is absolutely fantastic because I have such a fascination for understanding what makes people happy.

I'm a huge movie buff! I see all the new releases and have too many favorite movies to name.

Same goes for Music too.

Uma Coisa Incrível que Eu Fiz

I have been through a hurricane (Ike), I have seen a tornado, and I have been to the Far East, sampling cuisine not common amongst the Western world. Been to Europe and enjoyed myself. I have scuba dived the Gulf of Mexico, the Florida Keys, and the Carribbean. I have wrestled a pig (don't ask! It was back in high school), and I have lived just 30 minutes outside New York City, traveling downtown every weekend.
