ABOUT ME

Comme étudiante au doctorat, je suis une personne très sérieuse, concentrée et je sais ce que je veux! C'est présentement mon objectif parce que je commence à être pas mal tannée de la précarité financière! Mais j'adore ce que je fais.

As a PhD student, I a serious person that knows what she wants. Right now I wish to complete my PhD as soon as possible because I don't like not knowing how I am going to pay the rent next month!

Mis à part les études, je suis une personne un peu timide au début, mais j'aime les gens. Un de mes plus grands plaisirs dans la vie est de passer une soirée avec la famille et/ou les ami(e)s à cuisiner et à discuter autour d'un bon repas et d'une bonne bouteille. J'adore les repas types Potluck ou quand tout le monde participe à la préparation. Et j'adore essayer des nouvelles recettes, si vous en avez à me suggérer ça va me faire plaisir.

Excepts for my studies, I am a little shy at the beginning, but I'm a people person.One of the things I like the most is sharing a good meal and good vine with family members and/or friends. I also love trying new receipes, suggestions and "cooking lessons" are welcomed.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Bien que j'ai entendu parler du couchsurfing en voyage, c'est surtout grâce à une bonne amie que je connais le couchsurfing. Mes expériences de couchsurfing consiste à être aller coucher chez 2 personnes de Québec et j'ai bien hâte de recevoir.

Even though I heard about couchsurfing while traveling, it's a good friend of mine who introduced it to me. I have to experiences of couchsurfing: I was hosted by 2 persons in Québec City and I look forward to be the one to host someone.

I have now hosted my first couchsurfer (Jan from Germany) and it was a lot of fun!!! I like have the view of people that have a different background than mine on things that are normal for me. So good conversations and good experience!

Music, Movies, and Books

J'ai tendance à être en retard sur le cinéma, mais j'ai vu récemment la série des Jason Bourne que j'ai beaucoup aimé. J'ai également un faible pour les Harry Potter. Sinon j'ai des goûts assez typique de filles: le fabuleux destin d'Amélie Poulin, Cinéma Paradiso, Indochine, le patient anglais par exemple. Dans les séries télévisées, j'ai adoré les Six feeth under, Sex and the city et je trippe présentement sur les Dexter et Dr Grey.

I've recently seen the Jason Bourne series which I really enjoyed, and I am a big fan of the Harry Potters. Aside from that, I have traditional girly taste: Amélie Poulain, Cinéma Paradiso, the english patient and Indochine, for example. As for television series, I was a big fan of Sex and the city et Six feeth under. Right now my favorites are Grey's anatomy and Dexter.
