Live the life of a Gypsy Pirate *Aargh*

ABOUT ME

I always dreamed about becoming a Corsair, chasing enemy ships and visiting paradise islands.

Now I chase profitable companies and visit the ah...not so exotic airport lounges and corporate suites.

When my pirate-spirit is unleashed, I go hiking in California, get lost on a back road and discover a hidden spot, or trek in the Himalayas.

When Persephone returns underground, I go to US East Coast to see the beautiful fall colors.

I am planning a trekking trip to the Karakoram in Pakistan. I also want to visit Buddhist monasteries in Asia for yoga and meditation.

On my travel adventures I have been:
i) Lost on a trail after dark
ii) Ran shirtless on Lord's cricket ground
iii) Was kicked by a cow as I was trying to milk her

I am a lover of arts in all forms, beauty in all forms. I teach yoga and write poetry in Urdu. But most importantly, I am curious about the human spirit.

I'm here to listen to the amazing travel stories of fellow buccaneers and learn about travel spots I can't find on the map.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Letting people use my couch, sharing my SF travel guides, or my ancient rusted car (whats a beauty it is!), burning your taste buds through my spicy foods. Though if you are not a big fan of spicy food there are plenty of restaurants I can tell you about.
