About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Make the world a better place one yoga posture, one meditation session, one political action, one book, one picture, one encounter at a time. With lots of love.

ABOUT ME

I'm a writer, a yoga teacher, a photographer, give meditation classes, and I'm politically involved.
I write books, comic books, used to do it for TV too, create board games, and used to take all kind of pictures.
You can have a look at my photos here :

I work mostly home, when not giving classes in studios, and my desk is in my living-room. So, most of the time, you'll have to be out of the place around 9am, unless it's a day off for me or I have to be out myself or we have something scheduled together. I'm sorry for that, but experience has taught me that I don't get much done if I have couchsurfers around while I try to work.

What else?
I meditate and do yoga obviously, (vinyasa, hatha, yin mostly).
I played American Football until a few years ago (big change obviously).
If ever you're into yoga, you'll be welcome to join in some practices.

While having been a bartender for 4 years, I never drink alcohol. I don't smoke either.

While having been a DJ, I don't know a lot about music, while having been a stripper I can totally keep my clothes on when must be, and while having been a comic-book seller... well, I keep reading comic-books.
I'm pretty good at giving massages, but for the sake of peace of mind in couchsurfing, I won't be the one offering to give you one. If you'd like one though, don't hesitate to ask.

You might have a chance to beat me at board-games with some of my friends, as I often organize game sessions.
I'm quite easy going, so unless you're a total ass, we should get along just fine. :)

Oh, and I get along with people of 18 as much as people in their 50's, and everyone in between, in my everyday life... so don't let a simple number keep us away from each other.

PHILOSOPHY
What isn't shared is lost.

Make life as simple as possible, avoiding unsolvable problems, always be respectful of others and benevolent. Share as much love and care as you can.
That and having the most possible fun out of it.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Obviously I host some... offering as much comfort and safety as I can... and I do travel a bit.
I've been one of the "Paris Emergency Group" moderators also. Weehee!!!!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Couchsurfing has made me meet really interesting and nice people on every occasion, in the US, Nepal, India, Germany, Spain, Greece and here in France.
Long and deep discussions, highly valuable insights, and great laughs... no matter where in the world you are, those encounters always teach you things and are fantastic opportunities for some really good times.

Everything I don't know, I'm open to learn. What can you teach me?
