About Me

CURRENT MISSION

I want to see the world! (So cliché, I know) I've never been out of the United States, except for Canada, and I just know I'm missing out on so much. Ruins, cities, cultures, foods, celebrations, hospitality, traditions, views..I want to experience it

ABOUT ME

How can I describe myself? I guess I'm pretty average when it comes to the things I do. Camping, partying, watching movies, listening to music. I love animals. I love people. I love nature. I'm pretty easy going, and I am always down for anything. I love learning and trying new things. I find other cultures fascinating. If I think I can make you smile, I'll try my hardest to do it. That's me in a nutshell, why don't you crack it open and learn some more.

PHILOSOPHY

Karma. It may be all mental, but I still say it runs the universe. Give everyone the best of you, no matter who they are or how long you've known them. Don't make people earn your trust, let them have it and if they abuse it, they lose it. We all know some jerks, every one of us, jerks are one of the inevitabilities of life..but don't let the actions of a few govern your judgement of the many. When you get hurt, be it physically or mentally, gradually let that pain fade away but never lose sight of the lesson learned. Food, laughter, and drinks are all things that can be shared universally, regardless of language, take advantage of this when you have trouble understanding someone. Put into perspective, life is short..too short. It's too short to hold grudges, or to procrastinate, too short to be scared of the unknown or to sit anything out. If your life was a movie, would you watch it? Take charge.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love any horror movies, or books. Same goes for the comedy genre. Zombies are amazing. I love books about animals. I really love books that make you think! As far as music goes, I listen to just about anything except for Rap/R&B.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Sadly, the most amazing thing I've ever done (in my opinion), was cliff jumping into an old quarry. As far as seen, I'd just say all of the views I've ever taken in when camping or hiking.

Teach, Learn, Share

When you're in a restaurant and they give you those little packets of wrapped butter, you know..the ones that are always cold and hard to spread on bread..put it behind your knee and bend your leg so it stays. Keep it there for 20-30 seconds. Ready to spread.

Smile and wave to every police officer you pass by. If he/she happens to pull you over later, they might let you off easy.

Be curious. Ask questions. Ask to try something new.
