ABOUT ME

I want to make you broccoli!
Every day I passionately savor embarking on my medical, martial, and other studies of love and compassion. It brings me great pleasure to cook for others; nourishing the inside of a soul with good food and energy. I am interested in all methods of healing and am very involved in the Integrative Medicine Community. I love to laugh, be imbued with joy, and in general just overwhelmed with gratitude for the other beings in this world. My practice of Anusara Yoga helps me unify all aspects of life as Shakti in this amazing Tantric Path.

Recently, I obtained a room in a community house in SF, my ideal space, however, I am working with an amazing doc in Sebastapol this month.
I would really enjoy meeting you for tea, yoga or a hike or hosting you and preparing healthy, delicious vegetables.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Other travelers have been so good to me with warm space, love, and showers when I most needed it~I really want to contribute and give back.
Furthermore, I adore cooking and the best medicine comes from nourishing the inside energy to the outer!
CS provided me with my favorite SFer, who I am infinitely grateful to have as a teacher, share rooftop slumber, vegetables, tea, and learning qi with.
