Overview
About Me
Traveling solo in Mexico at the moment.
Recently, I had to learn how to dance sober due to an illness. I almost listed this as the 'One Amazing Thing I've Done'
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I want to meet people and travel the world and help others do the same.
Interests
I love a little bit of everything. I'm a jack of all trades, master of none kinda guy. I like traveling, abandoned buildings, lucid dreaming, out of body experiences, ukulele, woodworking, messing with electronics, renewable energy, food, eating, trying not to eat animals, yoga, philosophy of science, history, anything weird. There's plenty more.
Music, Movies, and Books
Movies:
I love a good bad movie and anything weird or philosophical.
Music:
A little bit of everything. Kind of into ambient psychedelic music (not sure what it's really called) right now. I grew up with the oldies, fell in love with classic rock as a teen, branched out into blues, jazz, funk, swing, gospel, indie, rap, yada yada yada. Kinda got sick of music for a bit (probably due to being pretty unhappy for a while) but now my ears are perking up again. I also like anything that you can really dance to.
Books:
Currently into reading stuff about lucid dreaming and such. I really enjoyed DMT: The Spirit Molecule by Rick Strassman. Right now, I'm reading Journeys Out of the Body by Robert Monroe and Projection of the Astral Body by Sylvan J. Muldoon (kinda trudjing though this one - we could talk about it if you're interested)
I have a huge soft spot for Sci Fi (particularly the classics)
