PHILOSOPHY

There's a movie, called pay it forward please watch this. If you help someone out, a great deal, great things will happen all around us.

Do not have fear of making mistakes, but have fear of doing nothing.

If you take care of me, I will take care of you.

If you are not making someone's life better you are wasting your time.

You might get hit by a train/car/whatever tomorrow so live life today as if it's your last.

We are here to add what we can to life, not to get what we can from life.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

If my house is free I will let people stay at my place in japan. I try my best to hang out with them have lunch, or beer. If I am not working I take people round, and they tend to really like to hang out with me, because they see the city from the local perspective. And I usually take them to places where guide books don't take you.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

A guy who I didn't know at all asked me if he can CS at my house. He then stayed for a few weeks, and told me about CS. It was so great to have him at my place. He taught me how to cook Mexican food, taught me a lot of stuff. And I also taught him a lot of things, and introduced him to my family, and friends. I then visited him when I was in Mexico. Now we are bros from a different mother. And since then people have CS at my place often, and I have CS while traveling.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Scuba diving with 40 sharks in Bahamas and in caves in Mexico where the Mayans used to sacrifice themselves. Skydiving in Hawaii. Peru, Machu Pichu for 5 days. Salar de uyuni in Bolivia. Helicopter ride without doors in Kauai. Scuba diving with manta rays on Big Island. Temples in Cambodia, I love Paris as well!! There are just so many beautiful places in the world. Heaps of stuff!!! Mykonos an island in Greece is awesome!!
But I have also seen the rough areas. In the slum of Brazil, kids around 13 years old would carry guns bigger then themselves an M16. It made me realize how these kids have nothing to lose, and made me really appreciate life. But at the same time I spoke to them, and they were really nice, so made me see the best in the so called "worst places"
