To explore my backyard - so many states in the US I haven't been to, so many friends I have yet to meet.

ABOUT ME

I currently moved to a new abode in Washington D.C. and trying to spend my spare time exploring. D.C. definitely has its own kind of vibe and I'm liking it so far.

I am interested in meeting new people, making new friends, and getting plugged-in to the life blood of the real "network" of interpersonal connections.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Although work is pretty hectic I'd be happy to go for coffee (or toffees) and explore the city with you or at least give you suggestions of places/things to do. We can also plan a home cooked meal and just hang out - let me know and I'll let you know if I'm free.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Its been fantastic. I've made some of the awesome friendships and had some amazing adventures!
Personally, couchsurfers are great folks to meet and learn and chat with, the stories are endless and the conversations honest.

So far i've met two incredible couch surfers.. really brilliantly awesome people :) great thinkers and dancers! So far haven't actually couch surfed but looking to try that out sometime very soon!

Interests

I'm interested in making friendships with people, and travelers are the best people :) they are the kind of individuals that find it fun to make friends and are usually the most interesting and engaging. We are all story tellers - no matter where we come from or what we have experienced, you don't have to leave your home to inspire those around you. I like to spend my time hearing and soaking in other peoples memories and understanding the things they value.

Also i love to hike and see the natural beauty; and to add to that i love to see other peoples 'favorite' places.. because there are always such great happy/touching meaning behind each persons version of 'favorite'.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've traveled around and met so many interesting and creative people. I've spent a disconnected weekend by the dead sea, explored cities throughout Europe (both western and eastern) and I am now looking to explore the US - its cities, its national parks, but most of all its people.
