About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Saving the world, one couch at a time!

ABOUT ME

Hey all! I am the host of a popular Entrepreneurial Podcast called the Solopreneur Hour - Job Security for the Unemployable! If, like me, you're one of the "Proudly Unemployable", then we'll get along just fine! In my spare time, I like to race cars (I have a vintage Porsche and an 07 Mini Cooper), play racquetball, goof around with my audiophile gear, play my drums, and shop for cool vintage watches that I can't really afford, in addition to playing with my awesome dog Dexter.

PHILOSOPHY

Being a renaissance man is hard work. "Never let 'em see you work".

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I was lucky enough to have some great hosts in Europe and in the States. Looking forward to connecting with many of you.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I surfed couches all over Western Europe. Had mostly great experiences. I love the community and what it represents!

Music, Movies, and Books

Anything with a good groove. I'm a drummer (feel free to listen here: http://www.reverbnation.com/mikeplaysdrums), so I dig anything with a good groove. Sting, DMB, Dave Weckl, Jason Mraz, Blues, Jazz, Electronica, Drum and Bass, blah blah blah

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I had so many amazing moments it's hard to narrow them all down! Cinque Terre was amazing, Rome, the beaches of Normandy, the Cliffs of Moher in Ireland...etc.

Teach, Learn, Share

I'm a good motivator, life couch, and listener. From an activity standpoint, I can teach drums, tennis, racquetball, snowboarding, mountain biking, web and print design, and music in general. Most recently I've been helping people get healthy by getting good nutrition in their body.

What I Can Share with Hosts

Entrepreneurial tips, how they can turn their hobbies into a business, drumming tips, audio tips, good stand up comedy to seek.

Countries I’ve Visited

France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Spain, United Kingdom

Countries I’ve Lived In
