About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Living under no prejudice and cultural limits

ABOUT ME

I may be a little bit short but you can be sure I have a lot of things to offer. I´m a easygoing, smart, funny, confident and a cheerful girl, looking forward to learning and learning everything I can. I am an eager language-learner now! My biggest dream is to travel the world.

I totally enjoy small details. Love taking warm showers and change the temperature once in a while. Love placing my fingers into a basket full of lentils (just like Amelie!). Love stretching my body -when I have the time to do it. Love competition sports -I'm not an aggressive person though :p Love contradicting people! Just to see how they react or how they defend themselves -not mean. Love spooning with my bf. Love eating -spicy food! (this is new for me!) Love reading and watching comedy. Love silly jokes. Love rare and unusual stories.

PHILOSOPHY

"Lo que no sirva que no estorbe"
Dont worryyyy, beeeeeeeeeeeeeee happy but, be active :D

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Update 2016: Currently I am heading to Italy with my husband. That's why we can not host anybody for now. We are starting a short trip but once we are ready to start hosting people we'll totally do it!

___
Update 2015: After finishing a trip coming down from Bogota to Buenos Aires I just realized how amazing people are but especially, even with some doubts though :p, how worth it humanity is. It is difficult to trust people but I have found so many incredible people with no more interest thatn being nice at you that I can definitely now say, that I am very glad to be part of an idea like this one.

After traveling I felt like retribuiting the same favor to those who are also willing to learn and share their own experiences with me and my bf. That's why since 2014 I started hosting people.

_____
Getting to trust people you actually don't know was an act of complete insanity and foolish behaviour. That's what I actually thought when I first time heard of this project. Thankfully along the years (I've been part of this poject for 7 years already), I can say that amazing experiences and more incredible people that I have had the chance to meet through Couchsurfing, have proved me wrong.

First off, Couchsurfers opened their houses to me when I was traveling alone. Once I had my own place in Argentina I had the strong need to pay this project back by receiving people at home. And so I did it. I started receiving travelers in Tigre with my husband, in our lovely wooden house and fortunately, there is nothing but lovely memories from this.

Interests

I like listening to music, reading and talking with people. I adore to travel and know people from different cultures and thoughts. It helps me grow as a person. I would like to learn more languages and share nice experiences. I like dancing. I´m very very active; I love running :p

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Mmmhhh maybe the fact of living and being happy... this it is the most incredible thing one can do.

Going all the way down from Bogota to Buenos Aires, all on my own! Uyuni is just sooo amazing! Its sky and its people is all worth it to experience. The ecuadorian beaches, Cuenca as an ancient attraction is delicious to stroll around, Machu Picchu of course!, La Huacachina in Peru and obviously Cartagena and La Guajira in my gorgeous and beloved Colombia.

Hiking up to the Annapurna Base Camp, in the Himalayas, for 8 days with my backpack on my shoulders (no porter needed!)

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach you how to smile all the time, how to make fun of everything and everyone. I can teach you a little bit of Spanish, English and Portuguese. I can teach you how to sleep like a log and how to drink as a desperate alike :p What about painting, reading or recycling? I can also teach you how to listen to others and meditate (Vipassana method).
