ABOUT ME

I'm pretty easy going (I think).
I, absolutely, love to travel, learn about different cultures, languages, food; I guess I should say specially food. I come back from all my trips with tons of new recipes and spices, sauces and everything else customs will allow me to bring back home.
Cooking makes me very happy; I'm constantly trying new dishes also I have a little hot sauce addiction. I like a good glass of wine (usually red) while I’m cooking and nothing better than an ice cold beer in the summer. I have actually made beer in the past, they came out very good, I tried several different types and my friends and I loved them all.
I'm not a sports fanatic but I enjoy swimming, skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, hiking, biking (but not uphill) and I can also walk to the end of the world.
I really enjoy camping. I'm big into reading and I'm absolutely sure that camping and reading is a perfect combo.
I don't like waking up early and I hate alarm clocks. I'm not the kind of person that will wake up at 5 in the morning and go workout. Ideally I like to wake between 8 and 9 and enjoy a freshly brew cup of strong coffee. Rushing is not part of me, but I have to admit slow people make me nervous. (Ironic?)
Totally prefer warm weather over cold weather. I need sun to function correctly.
I'm not a constant person; I don't have any routines except for my morning coffee.
I might have been an artist in another life because I love drawing and painting but somehow I don't make enough time for it.
Apart from a hot sauce addiction I have an internet addiction too; that is probably why I don't have enough time to paint.
I recycle, buy organic and local food and I'm learning about natural building. I had a fantastic veggie garden in the past and would love to have another one but for that I need to move; I do have lots of herbs in the balcony right now.
And last but not least: I think Nutella is the best invention ever made.

Books: All of Frances Mayes Tuscany books, Eat Paray and love by Elizabeth Gilbert, All Harry Potter Books by J.K. Rollings, The Alchemist by Paulo Coelho(that is my favorite one, but I've read a lot of his book and I enjoyed them all), most travel books like Rick Steves and Lonely Planet, Vagabonding by Rolf Potts and many many cookbooks.

I have no idea what is the most amazing thing I've seen. I think I'm still looking.
