About Me

Just Moved back home to Asheville NC. I have a tiny home with a small couch. I also have a large yurt style tent for guests as well, it is cold though. I am still accepting guests, but its more like primitive camping, no bathroom and running water. Good spot for Van camping.

CURRENT MISSION

My mission is to revolutionize how the world engages with ideas and information. Promoting my Chess Boxing league and guerrilla gardening in my neighborhood.

ABOUT ME

Jason Treadway was born in Ft Myers Florida, the son of Robin Hoch and John Pratt Treadway. He is of predominantly English, and Welsh ancestry. Although not a direct descendant, he is collaterally related to Benjamin Pierce Treadway (1815-1895), the early American expressman. He attended Middlesex Elementry in Baltimore MD before his family moved to Leicester where he attended Erwin High School. His father was a soil conservation agent for the U.S. Department of Agriculture and his mother was a softball star in the 1970s. Jason was one of three children. He attended AB Tech, but, as he stated, "[he] flunked out."] Among the influential teachers from his days in Leicester was Alister Crowley, whom Jason repeatedly credited with having helped to shape his approach to Magik.

In March 1995 , at the age of 19, Jason was stabbed with a bayonet and had a near death experience. Jason said that the stabbings made him "think about where I was and where I was headed. I was headed down a bad road if I continued on that course."

When Jason became eligible for the draft, during the Gulf War, he applied for and received five draft deferments. In 1997, The Washington Post writer George C. Wilson interviewed Jason, when asked about his deferments, Jason reportedly said, "I had other priorities in the '90s than military service."

In September 1999 he enrolled as a freshman at Full Sail College, where he produced that year's annual Freshman Smoker, called by a reviewer "an elaborate entertainment, which included in its cast outstanding personalities of the radio, screen and sports world."

In 2001 Jason moved to a a run down hotel in Latin Quarter of Portland OR . Portland with its easy access to drugs, small groups of surrealists, growing political unrest and odd collection of criminals became increasingly unhealthy for Jason.

The greatest day in Jason Life came with the birth of his son Nico Lucius Thyme Crabtree Treadway He warned against beginners using modern Parenting practice in his popular group RadicalDads, since to rush into such practices and the resulting "energies" they unleash could lead people to "go totally nuts."

PHILOSOPHY

My personal philosophy is to struggle with my shadow until I find wholeness. I embrace any philosophy that values humans and informs me. I believe in the free market of ideals, the reduction of the State and individual rights. I follow the non aggression principle .

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Snow Mass 15,000 ft and climbed to the peak. It was my initiation into adulthood.

I met my Guardian Angel. I had a near death Experience. We chatted.

Teach, Learn, Share

I am a world class chef and can cook anything. I call myself a macrobiotic chef and specialize in Raw food, sushi, breakfast, finger foods, pastas, seafood, bbq, and i am afraid to say southern food.

I have been giving tarot readings for 7+ years and still a neophyte, I love giving readings though and am happy to exchange that service. The cards dont Lie I am just a vessel reading from a book and drawing from experience.

I build sweat lodges. I work on some private land in the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains. And would be happy to teach that to anyone.

I also tutor chess. I am an above average player with a passion for teaching children and novices.

What I Can Share with Hosts
