I like enjoying life to the full! Since I've discovered the thrill of travelling I'm addicted to seeing and tasting all that's new. I'd like to see as much of the world as possible during my life and I'm so grateful we live in a time that it's possible to spread your wings without any problems and broaden your horizon endlessly.
Couchhosting makes this possible without even packing your bags: the whole world comes to your home!

PHILOSOPHY

I'd hate getting stuck in old patterns of: degree-work-work-work-house-children-retirement-graveyard

Therefore, I give travelling and absorbing experiences absolute priority in my life.

Later in life, I don´t want regrets of things I didn´t do. Therefore: follow your dreams and visit the places you want to see!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have been surfing couches all around Europe and have only hosted someone who hosted me the week before. I'd love to host, but I have to be home,not travelling.

All experiences were wonderful and I hope to return the favour, especially to the people who were so generous to me!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Cycled along the coast of Southern Italy, around Sicily and then back home to Belgium. a 7000km sweaty inspiring journey.

I liked it so much, I started again in Spring 2009, went through France, to Santiago de Compostela (Spain), along the Portugese coast to Andalucia and then back up again to Barcelona along the coast.

Around Sardegna and Corsica, along the Italian coast down to Rome, up again through Umbria and Tuscany, to Venice, all the major cities in the north, around the Italian lakes, over the amazing Alps through Switzerland, Austria, Slovakia, Czech Rep, Poland and Germany.
