About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Make the world a better place.

ABOUT ME

ENGLISH

I'm a curious person and that's why I chose to become a biologist. I like to understand how things work, and I'm very fascinated by nature. My passion is to explore wilderness and I work in one of the most remote area of the planet: the Arctic. I've been working in the Arctic since 2010 and it keeps being an incredible experience for me everytime I go in the North. My work aims at finding sustainable solutions to alleviate the impacts of climate change in the Arctic.

I like to discover cultures, music, history, art, and to meet people while traveling across the world as well as at home. I did a yoga teacher training in India and I practice yoga since about 2011. Yoga is not only a physical practice, but also a philosophy of life for me : being balanced, having respect for all forms of life, live in the present moment, and so on.

I like to discuss on all subjects: politics, philosophy, environment, culture, art music… I find that travelling is an amazing way to open my eyes on other perspectives that people have on the world.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I like to try new experiences and to push my limits. One thing.. well: I'm a marine biologist. I did my masters in a lab studying the impacts of climate change on the Arctic marine fauna and worked on an ice-breaker, the Amundsen, for field studies. Many scientific teams work on this same boat. For 3 consecutive summers, I lived on an icebreaker in the Arctic. It's an intense experience, to be surrounded by ice, ocean and incredible wild landscapes.

Countries I’ve Visited

Antarctica, Australia, Belgium, Brazil, Cuba, France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, India, Italy, Madagascar, Morocco, Nepal, Netherlands, Norway, Paraguay, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United States

Countries I’ve Lived In
