ABOUT ME

so far, so close.low profile, respectfull but challenging, adventurous and passionate.stealthy but eccentric and crazy inside. Floating dreamer and rational.Deep but not taking myself serious. I like people who break the rules!!!!Keep on discovering and surprising ourselves positively...we are full of unknown powers so we don't have the need to put ourselves in a little box of characterization... (i consider to be "in evolution" and a patchwork of different influences/cultures/countercultures). when it comes to ideas and thinking i can't accept any borders or fixed guidlines.

PHILOSOPHY

live and enjoy every moment as better as you can and share it with beloved people. That's happiness! we are here (that's my aim at least) to improve ourselves as human beings, to become wiser (with all the meanings this includes...) and to spread these seeds around!

Take positively everything that happens to you...even shit happens for a reason, and you have to discover a good reason! open your mind and see different perspectives so be aware that if you decode it in a right and positive way, that supposed "problem" will become an exercise and a step to your further development. I agree with nietsche's sentence "everything that doesn't kill you makes you stronger"since you are in this state of mind.
Also i believe that we attract what we think...it is like an universal law, so we have the responsability of what we think. I have very strong intuition and because of this i fear nothing almost...

We are all one in between us and with nature but we still haven't learned this lesson because we are driven most of time by our beast animal side and instinct instead of developping our upper counsciousness...that's the main-core problem in the world today i believe...spirituallity is not about new age things or religion, but is about developping this upper consciousness for being able to create a better world.

Great idea for meeting people & places through multi-cultural experiences...gives freedom and wings to travel. It's an experience which give us the opportunity to trust, believe, giving and sharing things with others...and discover a place also thanks to local's eyes and tips...

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

before couchsurfing existed i had been travelling in couches-same kind of unofficial unorganised concept-and until now through couchsurfing i have hosted only, but it was great meetings and potential friends all of them!

Interests

I like extraordinary and unconventional things, poetry in everyday moments,travelling with the mind and by any means, playing music and especially improvising with others, dance dance, feasts,experimenting, discovering,researching,meeting new people and vision of things that expand my counsciousness...Also i love NATURE! observing,hiking, riding MTB, doing speleology, i would love to fly...do paragliding....and in the city my interests are concerts,art exhibitions, cinema mainly...also i enjoy very much drawing and writing even if i do it seldom(improvisation always-so my skills are not so devellopped but i love images of words and words of images)

books:i'm not so much into reading this period but have some influences from past readings...pessoa, kerouak, flaubert, nazim hikmet, h.miller, boris vian, krishnamurti, eastern philosophy, poetry and some essays about some specific subjects.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Amazing is anything that goes out of your everyday pattern, routine, habit (things that i hate) so as i always am in search of different kind of experiences...i 'll list some that come to my mind now...descending with ropes in amazing unexplored by many caves with bats crushing on me (no blood on my shoulder), sailing with dolphins,seen a whale southern of crete,a monk seal alone under the bridge of halkida city, a big sea turtle near donousa, monkeys stealing My bananas-i couldn't make any deal-, eagles flying-wow-majestic...,a big stork just beside my head while bicycling in strasbourg. To continue, climbed in mountain peaks with crazy view,playing music in old abandoned houses that we had to climb to enter and played only with candles,seen an ancient tragedy inside a deep cave with only candles lightning this was in imitos mountain-athens, attended "dionysiac" feast in forest here in Crete, did a catwalk in nightclub just for the experience, got stucked into underwater tunnel in mani (not that amazing..), sleeping in a freezing-humid cave by a river in march, swemt in freezing sea with underwater springs by april,slept at a very very dirty shepherd's stonebuild house by 2000m alt :),descending mountains with speed riding bicycle, speed riding motorbike on national road,swimming naked at night with millions of stars underwater (plankton-effect), wild camping in the middle of amazing landscapes-no human living by klms so you see infinite galaxies...eated gourmet 5stars cuisine for 6 months by the sea for free, lived with no heating winters in roumania during communism (as an effect i'm stll freezing),had the diploma of piano(it was really the most happy day in my life when they told me i should become musician...but now am not able to play :( cause haven't practice for some months(i learn quick as a thunder and forget as a redfish...)
BUT the most amazing of all, is that i'm still Healthy and Alive!(no we don't have bears here-otherwise i would be dead)-but we have some psycho crazy cretans shooting with guns for no reason to express their joy, yes they were just next to me at a feast.But actually...and seriously... i have to say that life is a miracle by itself...(the fact that i was born under a good star and to be alive here on this magnificent planet with opportunities to discover it... i don't take everything for granted!others don't have the basics nor free choice of life)So i just am silent inside to observe it and feel the magic...amazing can be just a leaf of a tree or a touching human smile. and that power of marvellous or amazement is more important than anything.

Teach, Learn, Share

Interested in learning instruments,dance steps, handcrafts (anykind)...share conversations...i can give you informations about Crete, try to teach you greek, to read musical notes/rythms but all the rest is so intuitive (that's how i call diplomatically the redfish memory effect)that i think i am not good at teaching...let's cook it will be better!
