ABOUT ME

"Ay, no ha que llorar, que la vida es un carnaval,
es mas bello vivir cantando."

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I surfed in Greece, Germany, Slovenia and in Serbia and hosted people in Italy. Not always but mainly we travel with couchsurfing.
People I meet in couchsurfing-all of them were very nice people, sharing diverse things with me.
I think couchsurfing is the Grand Kervan for the travellers of today.

Interests

I am interested in music and like to play the guitar and the bass. I am trying to play the accordion by myself. Meeting people and learning, sharing, understanding, feeling the world.

Music, Movies, and Books

Depends on time and mood of course... But what I feel that everywhere I go, I carry the Mediterranean melodies with me.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Going to Ancona (today's Italy) from Istanbul (today's Turkey) in autostop for 4 times (1 time with my bicycle!) Listening the stories of these truck drivers and playing accordion to them.

Departing from Pesaro (today's N.Italy) arriving to Messina (Sicily) in autostop, (1000 km- more than 45 rides) Sharing the emotions with everybody who we met on the road, who gave us a ride in their life, in their houses.

Departing from Le Havre (today's France) in a cargo boat full of containers and Philippine workers, passing the Atlantic Ocean in 20 days and arriving to Rio de Janeiro (today's Brazil), with the company of the dolphins, whales and the jumping fishes in the ocean. Seeing the sea in the middle of the ocean in the night and loosing the "time" in it, going to future and to the past.

Countries I’ve Visited

Argentina, Austria, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, France, Germany, Israel, Kosovo, Lithuania, Macedonia, Morocco, Netherlands, Paraguay, Senegal, Serbia, Slovenia, Spain, United States

Countries I’ve Lived In

Brazil, France, Greece, Italy, Turkey
