ABOUT ME

I joined Couchsurfing in 2009 while backpacking through Turkey. I met a girl from Germany who told me about it. I know it sounds cliche but it truly changed the way I travel. Even though I feel the attitude and atmosphere of Couchsurfing has changed since I joined, I still find it to be a great idea and full of kind people.

I love to travel long distances in a short amount of time but I hate flying. I understand the Bernoulli principle, I just cant stop thinking that I am in a tin can being projected through air by pure chance that everything is working that way its suppose to work.

I am a vegetarian who doesn't like most vegetables. But then again I am a horrible cook so maybe I'm just not cooking them correctly.

One of my favorite quotes is from a local weatherman who said, "It is going to be a blizzard of sunshine" when referring to how sunny a day was going to be. It just makes me laugh.
