ABOUT ME

I'm a longtime yoga teacher. For reference, here's more info about me: www.yiwenyoga.com. In living life fully, it's important to retain the quality of wonder, hope, innocence, and open-heartedness.

PHILOSOPHY

I believe amazing things can happen when people live with sincerity and embrace vulnerability, without fear. There should be no pretense, and everything should come from a place of integrity. Don't you agree?

I believe that life becomes larger, more dynamic, and exceptionally intriguing and exhilarating when one lets go of the markers and one's relative position to internal and external surroundings. Losing one's bearings allows expansion and potential in the moment to manifest into something deeper and meaningful. I hope, as I live the rest of this life, there will be many, many opportunities for me to lose my bearings.

I teach yoga and owned a yoga studio in the San Francisco Bay Area for 6.5 years. Moved to greater Portland early 2017 and started another yoga community from scratch.
