PHILOSOPHY

Be of service to others whenever I can be. People have given me so much in my life, I feel it's my calling to return some of the favors whenever an opportunity arises.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Hotels and motels and resorts make me sad...at the waste of resources and lack of true human connection!

I prefer to see an opera or a play over a movie. I typically read to learn (i.e. textbooks or self-help books or cookbooks).

Skiing in the Swiss-French Alps. Riding elephants. Naked protests for animals.

Teach, Learn, Share

Teach: I am a yoga teacher (Ashtanga- Mysore tradition).

Since I've moved to California, I've been itching to learn how to surf! I hope to get my lifeguarding certification soon.

What I Can Share with Hosts

Either a really sweet, oily Ayurvedic massage or a pretty tough deep tissue! I am so grateful to have been able to have the gift of healing bodywork :-)
