ABOUT ME

I smile a lot! Loving my life at the mo': moved for work to Budapest, which I'm enjoying immensely. Before I'd lived and worked in the UK for many years, but was born and bred in Italy, which I still visit regularly to see my family.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

So far I've hosted CSers from France, Singapore, Chile, Tunisia, Sweden, Ireland, Netherlands, Czech Republic, Spain, Bulgaria and Slovenia, and surfed in Zagreb, Debrecen, Krakow, Hamburg, Lviv, Munich and Bucharest.

Music, Movies, and Books

Franz Ferdinand, Kaiser Chiefs, British bands in general. Older classics like The Doors, Led Zeppelin.

They change all the time but The Good The Bad And The Ugly is usually in the top 10. La messa è finita and everything else by Nanni Moretti, Losey, Polanski, Fellini, Whitnail And I, Kubrik, anything starring Cary Grant, all sorts really. TV programmes: Doctor Who, Father Ted, Red Dwarf, The Prisoner.

Lots! A couple of excellent ones recently (re)read were 100 Years of Solitude, The Midnight Children.

Travel round the world for a year.
