ABOUT ME

I have travelled to more than 50 countries and worked in
six. I prefer to settle down somewhere for a while rather than travel through. My goal these next few years is to live and understand better Asia. Update: I'm back from Asia, now living in Ecuador, trying to be present where my joy and peace reside. 2nd update: back in Jalisco, Mexico taking a break before Africa.
3rd update: Now travelling in Tanzania, looking for travel companions and doing workaway jobs.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I enjoy meeting travellers, and am glad to have the opportunity to host them and "pay back" the many great experiences I have had with generous people in my travels.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

This is a wonderful idea and I hope to support it with my hosting and surfing. I have both hosted in Thailand, Sri Lanka, Ecuador and now Mexico, and have stayed with hosts in New Zealand, US, Europe, and South America. All experiences have been great! It's clear, though, to me how important it is to take both your responsiblities as host and guest seriously.

Interests

travelling! volunteer programs, books, environmental issues, cultural exchanges. I am a curious person, using internet and people to answer my many questions about life, spirituality, health, animals....everything is interesting!

Everyday brings wonderful moments, in my long life I absorb the experience more than the memory (this means my mind is blank at the moment!).

What I Can Share with Hosts

I am happy to sharing my practical computing knowledge, more than once I have showed my hosts how to use Facebook, Skype, etc. I enjoy cooking and enjoy feeding people, so if you'd like I'd be happy to prepare a meal for you. I also developed and ran a natural soap business, happy to show you how to make soap

I of course, have many travelling tales to share and I love to return your hospitality wherever I am.
