ABOUT ME

Hey

I'm living in Aberdeen working as a design engineer which has its perks, been doing a lot of travelling :) But otherwise like getting out for adventures around Aberdeen and in Aberdeenshire.

I spent 3 months in Nepal in 2005, 9 months in Oz and NZ in 2006 then a few weeks in Morroco, Egypt and Turkey whilst at uni. Spent 5 months in Bolivia, Peru and Ecuador in 2012, USA for 2 months with work, Norway and was climbing in Kyrgyzstan Tian Shan mountains for 4 weeks in 2017.

I love independent traveling away from the normal tourist hot spots... the more off beat my travels take me the more of an adventure I have and the better the memories!

My best trip would involve chilling, some partying, beaches, mountains and sunsets with some climbing, cycling and sightseeing all mixed in!

By being a good host when I can and being a good guest whenever I'm surfing!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

So far it's been really good, hosted a few surfers so far, met one at the station as it was late, had a few beers and went on a few walks to show them Aberdeen and gave out much advice. I have met hosts abroad as well, has been really fun and relaxed :)

I went to Egypt on a very self-dependent trip which was awesome!!! went diving, saw the pyramids, climbed Mt Sinai and hung out in Dahab :)
