ABOUT ME

I am absolutely passionate about traveling and meeting people from all around the world. Obviously that's why I've been an active member of CS for a while now. I do have a daily job though but i can finally say i like what I do which i didn't think was possible (still not a meaningful job but we'll see in the future). I've recently moved back to Lyon, my hometown and let's be honest the best city 😁. I've worked in Luxembourg for 8 years before admitting I was doing much better with my family close to me!
Apart from this, I'm a cheerful person. I love to laugh, like to entertain people, to party, to do unusual things (my next adventure will be paragliging hopefully) and i'm a tv series addict. And if we go out to dance, you'll probably notice I'm a bit crazy ;)

PHILOSOPHY

A bit cliché but just enjoy life. Like they say in one of the tv series "life should be about more than just surviving". Ok they're talking life and death situations but same! 😄 otherwise life is just too depressing.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I've surfed a lot of couches! I Go to meetings occasionnaly and try to meet new people through the website. I've also hosted a few times and absolutely loved it! i didn't think it would be as much fun as when I surf other people's couch but it was! I had so much fun with my guests/new friends that I actually felt like I was the one on vacation! I can't wait to do it a lot more now that I have my new flat! And I also join group meetings/gatherings when I travel. Besides I've converted a few friends to CS and keep spreading the word.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've experienced CS about everywhere in the world and with just about anyone haha, my parents, my sisters, my friends, alone... I've had as much fun welcoming people mostly for the festival of light in Lyon. I'm willing to do it again so just ask!

Music, Movies, and Books

so many! its just impossible to write them all. I like action movies, romantic (cheesy) comedies (i've seen every chick-flick!), comedies, drama, blockbusters... Fan of Jackie Chan, Jim Carey, Drew Barrymore.
books: girly stuff and supernatural. the twilight books made me like reading again, they're crazy amazing, so are the Hunger Games books. And lately i've read a lot of self-help books.
music: all kinds (except jazz) but mostly pop/rock, r'n'b/soul, techno (party music). i'm very sensitive to the voices more than the music type which is why i like shows like the Voice US to discover talents we didn't know existed

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I swam with dolphins in Cancun
Saw one of the seven wonders of the world
climbed a mountain which took all day
carried a 3-year-old alligator in the Everglades
Slept in a cabin in the desert with all the disgusting bugs around me. Didn't sleep that much 😅

Teach, Learn, Share

Don't know if I have a lot to teach except maybe how to cook crepes! But I'd love to share my experiences and passions with you and expect to learn a lot about you too.
