Music, Movies, and Books

I loved Gandhi and Adam Sandler's Don't Mess with The Zohan, which in a funny way had the same kind of message - that we are all just people and can get past the hatreds to the human level of interaction.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Contributed toward ending the Vietnam War by helping to get Congress to cut off the funding for the war through documentaries and targeted research documents.
Also played a small role in ending the Cold War, by for example, researching nuclear war-impact for ABC's The Day After - which was viewed by 100 million people in the US and several times that many in the Soviet Union. Former President Reagan mentions in his Memoirs that the film convinced him that despite what his generals were telling him, nuclear war is unwinnable - so he started the START talks with the Soviets to limit nuclear weapons. The TV documentary I produced with Paul Newman, War Without Winners, played widely across the US and the USSR.
And now I've just completed a new documentary "The World Is My Country" see the trailer at www.futurewave.org
