ABOUT ME

I am into living every drop out of life while I am still here on earth. I want to learn about different cultures and hopefully make lots of friends. I am a theatre junkie and cannot imagine my life without a show or some form of artistic entertainment. I can either be laid back and chill or the person that loves to start conversations with random strangers on the street.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I did a little couch surfing around the UK in 2009 and again in the UK with my buddy Sean, such an amazing eye opening experience. I am also totally up for my couch to be surfed. So come on over!!!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Traveled England and Scotland in 2009, traveled in England, Scotland and Ireland in 2013 with my guy Sean. Every single person I stayed with was amazing! All of them were so unique and kind. I can't wait to meet more people.

I have also hosted several people, from the one nighters, to the long term. I love it when people come over to my place because it feels like I am traveling without having to leave my own house :-)

Movies: I pretty much go for anything, even if I don't like it I feel that movies create a way to have in depth discussions/arguments with those you love

Music: Anything....no seriously, anything.

Any book I am up for but I really love historical research, short stories, re-reading books from my youth

This changes every day. The most recent thing was a man dressed as a super hero in San Francisco. He got on my bus and everyone sneered and looked down on him. However when a blind man got on the bus this hero started calling out the stops for him, and then got off at the same stop as the blind man and walked him to where he was going...it was amazing and a slap in the face for all those who thought they were better

I can knit, sew, drink good beer, and sing songs. I know all the un-touristy places to go in San Francisco, and I can make a mean omelet. I also worked in coffee shops most of my life so if I get near an espresso machine I can turn out a pretty rockin cappuccino! I love to clean (other people's houses not my own!) And I never let someone walk around with their tag sticking out of their shirt I mean that's just embarrassing!
