Overview
About Me
deathly ill with the travel bug! haha
Raised a Tennessee farm boy, I've been around and done a lot since then. I did my university in Netherlands/Belgium, lived/worked in San Francisco, Melbourne, Bangkok, Paris.
I've mostly worked in tech startup environments, but have held a large variety of jobs (especially while traveling). I bartended my way through college, and I've even flipped/remodeled a home! I love to learn; very interested in how people make their lives work.
Pretty passionate about global finance & equity. Yes, I support crypto.
I love traveling, meeting new people with new thoughts/ideas.. I really enjoy seeing how other people live their lives; I always try to find new ways to project more good into this world.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I'm very accommodating and promise you'll enjoy your time, whether you are my surfer or host! So far I've had great experiences, and plan to keep going!
I love meeting new people. Share your life and experience with me!
Interests
I try to keep my time occupied. Do not enjoy mindless activities (well on occasion they're ok)
I really like to wander around a city finding its nooks and crannies.
I'm laid back and enjoy cooking tasty food.
I also love going out for drinks. Always a great way to explore a place.
I believe in respect.
Love discussing philosophy and new-age metaphysics.
Relax. Enjoy. Never Burn Bridges.
I also enjoy restoring cars as a hobby. I enjoy building things. I find it very meditative.

Music, Movies, and Books
I believe all music has potential. I personally listen to acoustic, folk, and rock mostly. I also play a little guitar.
I love listening to good music. I have a wide range of tastes, but recently you'll find me into lo-fi electro, nature-house, alt-indy.
I'll watch pretty much any movie, but I usually prefer doing something else with my time, if possible.
Love books (although I've been in a slump the past few months)
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
wrestled a bear
Machu Picchu!
Lived on a few different continents, had all sorts of cool jobs, backpacked for 14 years around the globe. Experiences teach you so much
Teach, Learn, Share
Ask and you shall receive.
I've traveled a lot already, but there is always more to see. I never want to stop! I'm trying my best to learn French (then after I'll continue Spanish).
I have some really good stories and more experience than most people imagine.
But, I want to hear and learn from you!
What I Can Share with Hosts
I can prepare dinner, fix your broken cabinets, help diagnose vehicle problems, or just good old fashioned excellent conversation.
