Cheep travel is the only travel for me. And when I get somewhere I can't wait to jump into a kitchen and start working. An aspiring chef and foodie my favorite past time is cooking. My friends are spoiled sometimes by this, but entertaining them and feeding people is the best way for me to get to know them.

Coffee, food, people and places, History and wildlife, books and reading, chatting with strangers at the train station (although Hitchcock might think that's not a good idea) I'm an expert on all things hot dog related. Obsessed with owning my own mobile food unit one day so I can finally travel as far as I want and feed the world.

Currently reading "Sleeping, Dreaming, and Dying: An Exploration of Consciousness" The Dalai Lama..Recently finished "The Rebel Rules" by Chip Conley
I have been on a Buddhist reading rampage in the last year of my life. Have yet to address quite why that is but it feels good to read and I enjoy my time.
Music varies, Ben Harper to Amon Amarth and Portishead, and everything in between. Local music and tribal beats, beat boxes, and funky jazz..Horns and strings..Hell just play something I can feel and get into.

I have cooked and served gourmet hotdogs to Gogol Bordello, Serj Tankian and Erykah Badu on the streets of Lower Greenville in Dallas, Tx. I've been whale watching and once after a nice morning of rain, I walked around taking pictures of beautiful snails..
