ABOUT ME

I'm a little short, a lot of fun, and a bit sarcastic. People tell me that I know more about the late 80s/early 90s than most anyone (and sing more of the songs from that time than most anyone would admit to). I've been writing for about 25 yrs and singing in the shower even longer.

I meet people whenever possible and am always thrilled to point them toward an off-the-grid spot for a great meal or awesome experience!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have met some amazing people, which gives me hope and excitement for the people I will meet in the future!

When I stay with someone, I'm the person who makes the bed in the morning, who refills ice cube trays, and who offers to bring something from my hometown to my host. When I host, I keep snacks available, toiletries pre-stocked, and I try to anticipate anything you might need. It's just common sense to me!

some of my favs include: Mr. Holland's Opus, Rent (a controversial choice, I know), Remember the Titans, Clueless and Baseketball

Favorite Books:
most anything poetry, anything introspective, things by Shel Silverstein, and a few others

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've fallen in love, I've set foot in 47 states and 5 countries (so far), I've been a part of the law-changing process, and I've tie-dyed many times
