Sobre mí

CURRENT MISSION

Survive until I'm 35, cross all the continents overland and visit 100 countries!!! (Almost there, 82 so far!)

And also refine my way to earn money without working all the time or in fixed places and thus keep travelling and exploring the world.

ABOUT ME

I am a true illusion in a world of false realities. A salsa dancer, a diplomat wannabe, a night driver, a fan of psy trance and cool jazz, a traveler with a terrible wanderlust, an incarnation of the most subtile and penetrating dialetical microwaves. And I know I'm nothing, and that makes me free.

PHILOSOPHY

Transcend your limits and become that what You are.

Por qué estoy en Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Most of the time I stay in friends houses or with local fimilies I find upon arrival, but I also used HC (which worked quite well for me) and am slowly migrating to CS, where I most of the time used my joint account with my ex.

I can host and I surf a bit.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Berlin, Geneva, southern Chile (Chiloé Islands), London, Buenos Aires, Mendoza (Argentina), Johannesburg, Cartagena (Colombia), Saint Lucia (Caribbean), York (England), Mostar (Bosnia), Paris, all around France, Spain and Portugal.

Intereses

I love meeting new people and discover with them different perspectives about life and the many ways of living it.

I love reading and meditating and thinking on deep philosophical and sociological questions. Or just chatting about some banalities to relax.

Else, I love music and dance and huge parties with thousands of people that break into the morning and the next day. (even if it's been a while - and many miles away - since my last one!)

I love travelling (specially road trips) to discover amazing natural spots and cultures that are still brand new for me.

And I love so many other stuff that I could stay here for hours writing everything down!

Algo increíble que he hecho

Loads!
I could say that I've been to more than 80 countries and remember each of them. That I saw many many castles, palaces, street markets, bus stations, nightclubs, hostels and new friends houses, parks, monuments, beaches, glaciers, sacred, mystic, worldly and very profane places, but maybe that was not what impressed me the most...
Maybe it was those hours arrested by the army in D.R.Congo or those ones weirdly negotiating incredible - and completely nonlegal - ways to import cosmetics in another African country (deal not made for ethical reasons!).
Maybe it were those days in Vegas and in Dubai, so hot that could make hell look like a fresh breeze, or that morning in Lithuania, when I run more than a mile thru the snow and the woods to reach the Monastery, so cold that I run with my hands in my head, to avoid having my own sweat freezing among my hair.
Maybe it was that old herdsman in the hills near Fez, Morocco, that insisted that I was Arab or that little girl in Saint Lucia, Caribbean, that had never seen a white person before and asked me to touch my skin.
This is the kind of experience I travel for, for as an old Brazilian poet once said, "I'm 300, 350, but one day I'll finally meet myself".

Enseña, aprende, comparte

I can show around the city, give plenty of infos about traveling in America, in Europe and in India and other places and love to chat about life, culture, art, history, music and much more.
